What Methods of Payment Do You Accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners or regular account payments all through PayPal. You can pay with your credit card through the PayPal site whether or not you have an account; it’s easy to set up. Items paid by PayPal eChecks will not ship until PayPal clears the funds (approx. 4-6 days).

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

How secure is this store?

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Are the bags leather?

Yes, except in the rare occasion when otherwise noted.

What Type of Shipping and Handling Do You Offer?

Our default shipping method for domestic orders is UPS Ground. We take great care in making sure that your 'bag' order arrives to you in the best possible condition. Timeframe for packages shipped domestically is 2-5 business days. Timeframe for packages shipped internationally is 6-10 days from deposit at Post Office.

How Is Shipping Calculated?

Shipping charges are based on a flat fee. For continental US, it's $15.00 for the first bag, and $5.00 for each subsequent item. If you need your bag shipped to Alaska or Hawaii, please contact us. Shipping fees are added at the time of checkout.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes. Our default shipping method for international orders is US Postal Service. International rates vary drastically from region and country. Please email us directly with inquiries (using the 'contact' link above to the right) and we will get you a price quote.

How Long Until My Items Arrive?

We usually ship within 3 business days of order placement. If this is not the case (for example, if stock is low or it’s the holiday season), you will be notified immediately.

What Is Your Return/Refund Policy

We offer a refund/exchange policy on the full price of the item if it is unused and in saleable condition within two weeks of ship receipt. We do not refund shipping. We reserve the right to deny returns if the item has been worn or used and is no longer in new or saleable condition.
